The police were called, and the offender was detained
A "stash" person was detained in Bishkek, reports the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
According to law enforcement data, on February 2, a resident of one of the city districts called 102, reporting that he had discovered what appeared to be drugs in the form of a "stash".
A forensic investigative group from the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department was dispatched to the scene. During the inspection, the police found the stash near the gates of the house. Additionally, the informant provided them with a video recording capturing the "stash" person himself.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police detained the suspect, born in 2004, known as A.B. His phone contained correspondence in Telegram with someone named Azamat, who was sending coordinates of drug storage locations.
The suspect confessed that he had been distributing psychotropic substances for a month and voluntarily indicated the places where the stashes were made. In total, more than 40 packages were found.
Forensic examination confirmed that the seized substances are psychotropic and have a total weight of about 120 grams.
The detainee has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and an investigation is currently underway.
