According to information from investigative authorities, the suspect was leaving packages with psychotropic substances in various locations.
On February 2, the police received a signal from residents of a new residential complex about the discovery of an unknown object. This was reported by the press service of the Bishkek City Police Department.
As clarified by the department, an investigative operational group was sent to the scene. During the inspection along the fence, a package wrapped in duct tape was found. The informant noted that the object was left by an unknown person, and their actions were recorded on video.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale."
During operational-search activities, a citizen identified as A.B., born in 2004, was detained on suspicion of involvement in this case.
Upon checking the detained person's mobile phone, a conversation was found in the Telegram messenger with a user named "Azamat," which contained the coordinates of storage locations and information about the quantity of psychotropic substances.
According to the suspect's own words, he had been distributing psychotropic substances over the past month using the method of stash drops.
Based on his testimony, police officers seized packages containing the substance from various locations. In total, more than 40 packages were seized, weighing approximately 120 grams.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
