According to the police information, on February 11, a report was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district regarding possible storage and distribution of drugs in one of the houses in the village of Novopokrovka. An investigative team promptly arrived at the scene.

As a result of operational activities, the information was confirmed. At approximately 1:30 PM, police officers detained a suspect who raised their suspicions. During a personal search, a white powdery substance with a characteristic odor was found, packaged in wraps and secured with duct tape.
The police established that the detained individual is K.B., born in 2007. Ten bricks containing the discovered substance were seized from him. An examination confirmed that the substance is the psychotropic drug a-PVP.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 (Illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, investigative actions and operational measures are ongoing to uncover all circumstances of the case and possible accomplices.
