According to the investigation, employees of the district police department of the GOM-2 in the Lenin district inflicted bodily harm on L.D.T., who was detained for petty hooliganism. The victim was sent to the National Hospital, where he was found to have serious injuries: a closed traumatic brain injury, a closed spinal cord injury with fractures of the transverse processes of two vertebrae, as well as soft tissue bruises of the face and lower back.
In addition, on February 21, the GKNB, together with the Military Intelligence Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, detained junior lieutenant of police R.u.M., who was placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
