
As law enforcement officials found out, the police officers forcibly brought a citizen, L. D. T., accused of petty hooliganism, to the Department of Internal Affairs No. 2, where they used force against him without sufficient grounds.
As a result of the injuries sustained, the victim was urgently hospitalized in the National Hospital by an ambulance team, where he was prescribed inpatient treatment.
An examination revealed that the man was diagnosed with a closed traumatic brain injury, a concussion, as well as closed spinal cord injuries, including fractures of the transverse processes of two vertebrae, and bruises of the soft tissues of the face and lower back.
During a joint operation by the GKNB and the MVD, junior lieutenant R. U. M. was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, additional investigative actions are ongoing to identify other possible offenders.
