According to information from lawyer Munarbek Supataev, Anarkulov has been charged with organizing mass riots. This charge is based on the article of the Criminal Code regarding preparation for mass riots.
The defense attorney also noted that his client denies his guilt and disagrees with the charges brought against him. Furthermore, Anarkulov has no connection to the appeal of 75 citizens requesting presidential elections to be held this year.
It is worth reminding that Nurgazy Anarkulov was detained on February 17 while attempting to cross the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border on his way to Kyrgyzstan. He had previously made statements on behalf of Kamchybek Tashiev after his removal from the position of chairman of the State Committee for National Security.
