Former GKNB employee Sydyk Duyshenbiev (Pito) placed in pre-trial detention center-1 until April 15
According to the press service of the Pervomaisky Court, he has been charged under the article "Corruption".
“A preventive measure in the form of detention until April 15, 2026, has been applied to the suspect, who is accused of committing a crime under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the press service noted.
It was previously reported that Duyshenbiev worked in the sixth department of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) and was in close proximity to Eldar Zhakypbekov, the former head of the capital's state committee, who was arrested on February 15.
