According to information provided by the editorial office of Kaktus.media, the Pervomaisky District Court of the capital confirmed that the trusted representative of Eldar Zhakypbekov, known by the name Pito, has been placed in custody. It became known that on February 17, the Pervomaisky District Court granted the petition of the head of the investigative department of the Military Prosecutor's Office, who leads the interagency investigative group.
D. S. D., who is accused under the article "Corruption" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, will remain in custody in the pre-trial detention center (SIZO-1) of Bishkek until April 15, 2026.
