
According to the provided data, the incident occurred on February 14 at around 00:30. Citizens T.M., T.J., and K.K. arrived from Bishkek to the village of Petrovka in a state of alcohol intoxication. On Frunze Street, they encountered citizen A.E. and his friends, which led to a verbal altercation that escalated into a fight.

During the scuffle, T.M. disrupted public order and, acting aggressively, stabbed A.E. with a knife.
After the incident, T.J., T.M., and K.K. left the scene in a Honda car.
The incident was registered at the Internal Affairs Department of the Moscow district, and a criminal case was initiated against the suspects under Article 280 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, T.J. and T.M., both born in 2003, were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
