It became known that one of the visitors, citizen S.E., filed a complaint with the police. He reported that on January 30, 2026, at around 5 a.m., the club's security guards inflicted bodily injuries on him.

As a result of this incident, the investigative service of the Interior Ministry of the October district initiated a criminal case under Article 280 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The victim has been assigned a forensic medical examination to assess the injuries sustained.
During an operational and preventive measure called "Bandit," the suspects — T.O., born in 2005, and J.R., born in 2006 — were detained. They were taken to the investigative service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Interior Ministry of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Investigative actions in the case are ongoing.
