A report about the conflict was received from a citizen M.A., born in 1999, who contacted the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District. He reported that on January 25, 2026, at 16:00, on A. Bakaev Street, two strangers inflicted bodily harm on him.
In this case, a criminal case has been initiated by the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District under Article 280 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Forensic medical examinations have been appointed. During the investigation, the suspects were detained: D.A., born in 1997, and Sh.A., born in 1995. They have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
