During the treatment of patients, the staff of these centers used electric shock devices and isolation rooms.
According to official data provided by the press service of the GKNB, facts of illegal activities of the rehabilitation centers 'Idalgo', 'Resolution', and 'Bishkek-Mayak' have been revealed.
During the investigation, it became known that some employees and leaders of these institutions resorted to cruel methods, including physical violence, the use of electric shock devices, as well as the isolation of patients in specialized rooms. These actions led to serious physical and psychological injuries to the individuals undergoing treatment.
Additionally, prohibited psychotropic substances were found and seized in the centers, which were used on patients.
As a result of the operation, several individuals were detained, including 'E.u.C.', 'K.K.B.', 'R.F.S.', 'Zh.A.Z.', 'K.E.', 'R.V.G.', and 'M.A.A.', who worked in these rehabilitation institutions.
Two cases of patient deaths have also been established, which occurred while receiving treatment at 'Bishkek-Mayak'.
The investigation is ongoing.
