The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved the List of Categories of Workers with Special Work Conditions and the Duration of Their Working Hours

The decision on the list of categories of workers with special working conditions and their working hours was made by the Cabinet of Ministers. The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, approved this document.

The main goal of this resolution is to legally regulate working hours for categories of workers who perform labor under special conditions, according to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the same time, the specifics of working conditions and the level of workload are taken into account.

The document was developed based on the new version of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and includes more than 100 different categories of workers from various fields.

It is expected that the implementation of this resolution will contribute to improving the legal regulation of labor relations and increasing the efficiency of labor standardization and planning of labor processes, as stated in the Cabinet's message.
