In Bishkek, the GKNB checked the rehabs "Idalgo," "Reshenie," and "Bishkek-Mayak." There are detainees.
The agency emphasized that the activities of these rehabs have been halted.
The investigation established that the staff and management of the centers resorted to unconventional treatment methods, including the use of physical force, electric shock devices, tying patients to chairs and beds, as well as placing them in "isolators."
During the inspection, powerful psychotropic drugs were also found, which were used in the treatment of patients.
Additionally, two cases of death among patients at the "Bishkek-Mayak" rehab were recorded.
As a result of the conducted activities, seven individuals were detained, including E.u.Ch., K.K.B., R.F.S., Zh.A.Z., K.E., R.V.G., and M.A.A.
An investigation is underway.
