The incident occurred in the residential area of "Tynchtyk"
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, an incident occurred in which a driver was attacked and his vehicle was damaged. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District.
According to law enforcement agencies, on February 9, 2026, at approximately 22:30, in the "Tynchtyk" area, an unknown individual broke the side mirrors of a Honda Odyssey. As a result of the ensuing conflict, this person began to use physical force against the owner, N. U., which led to bodily injuries. The victim was forced to seek medical assistance at the city hospital.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and necessary examinations were appointed.
During operational investigative activities, a suspect, T. Sh., born in 2006, was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
