In Bishkek, a man beat a driver and broke the side windows of his car

According to the police, the arrest occurred after an incident that took place on February 9, 2026, around 10:30 PM in the "Tynchtyk" residential area. The suspect, acting with hooligan intentions, broke the side mirrors on a Honda Odyssey vehicle. Additionally, during the conflict, he inflicted bodily harm on the owner of the vehicle, known as N. U., who later sought medical assistance.

In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and necessary examinations were appointed.

As a result of the investigative actions, the suspect was identified as a young man named T. Sh., born in 2006. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
