According to the district police department, on February 9, 2026, at 22:30, a citizen N.U. reported that an unknown person had damaged his Honda Odyssey by breaking its side mirrors in the residential area of "Tynchtyk".
As a result of the conflict that occurred between them, the suspect used physical force against the complainant, leading to his injuries. Consequently, the victim had to seek medical assistance at one of the city hospitals.
The investigative service initiated a criminal case under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, necessary examinations have been appointed.

During operational-search activities, the suspect T. Sh., born in 2006, was identified and brought to the investigative service. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department.
