On December 19, 2025, 28-year-old T. K. reported to the police about an attack on him that occurred on December 16 at the Legacy self-service car wash located on Trudovaya Street in Kainyda. According to him, a group of men attacked him with hooligan intent, resulting in injuries.
After the incident was registered, a forensic medical examination was appointed, which confirmed that the victim had suffered less serious harm to health.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 131 "Infliction of less serious harm to health" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Suspects.
As a result of operational-search activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify the suspects, who turned out to be men born in 1986 and 1989. After conducting the necessary investigative actions, they were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
