In the early 2000s, a land plot with adjacent warehouses was illegally transferred to private ownership.
In the Batken region, in the Kadamjai district, agricultural facilities located in the Mold-Niyaz area have been returned to state ownership. This was reported by the press service of the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
According to law enforcement data, the state has regained a building intended for drying grains and fruits, as well as storing other agricultural products. In addition, auxiliary structures and a land plot with a total area of 0.86 hectares were returned.
Previously, in the 2000s, this plot along with the warehouses was illegally transferred to private ownership without proper legal documents and in violation of existing legislation.
As a result of the investigative actions and operational-search activities, the violations were rectified, and the land along with the property and auxiliary structures were transferred to the state balance.
