In the Batken region, in the Kadamjay district, agricultural facilities located in the Moldо-Niyaz area have been returned to state ownership. This was reported by the State Commission for Combating Corruption (GKNB).
According to information from the state committee, in the 2000s, a plot of land measuring 0.86 hectares, along with warehouses for storing agricultural products, was illegally transferred into private hands without proper title documents.
As a result of the investigative and operational measures taken, the violations of legislation were rectified, and now the land plot along with the building for drying grain, storing fruits and other agricultural products, as well as auxiliary structures, has fully returned to state ownership.
