The State National Security Committee (GKNB) has announced that a plot of land with agricultural facilities in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region has been returned to state ownership.
It is specified that this plot, which covers an area of 0.86 hectares, is located in the Moldо-Niyaz area. In addition to the plot, buildings intended for drying grain and fruits, as well as for storing agricultural products, along with a number of auxiliary structures, have been transferred to the state.
In the early 2000s, this plot and the associated warehouses were illegally transferred to private ownership in violation of legislation and without the necessary documents.
After conducting investigative actions and operational search work, all identified violations were rectified. Now the land plot and the facilities located on it have been fully restored to the state registry.
