According to the committee's data, the plot measuring 0.86 hectares, located in the Moldо-Niyaz area, was returned along with an agricultural building intended for drying grain and fruits, as well as auxiliary structures for storing products.
“In the early 2000s, this plot with buildings was unlawfully transferred to private ownership without adhering to legislative norms and lacking the necessary title documents. After the completion of investigative and operational activities, the plot and facilities were fully returned to state ownership,” the statement notes.
