In the village of Panfilovka, two individuals were detained on suspicion of murdering a local resident, reports the Press Service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Chui Region. The incident occurred on the night of February 8, when at 03:56, a report was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Panfilov District from the district hospital about a man with a gunshot wound.
The investigative group arrived at the scene, where the body of 30-year-old O.Zh. was found in the yard of one of the houses and in the cabin of a KIA K5 vehicle, with a gunshot wound to the abdomen and facial injuries. A single-barrel smoothbore sawed-off shotgun of IZH 16 caliber, with a cartridge in the chamber, and a spent cartridge case of the same caliber were discovered in the hayloft.
According to preliminary data, the victim and the suspects – A.N. (born 1993) and O.A. (born 1991) – were classmates. The conflict arose during a joint drinking session, during which A.N. fired the shotgun belonging to O.A. The victim died at the scene from the resulting injury.
The suspects were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the court imposed a preventive measure of two months of imprisonment.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Murder), and the investigation is ongoing.
