The incident occurred on February 8 at 03:56, when the Panfilov district police department received a report from a local hospital that in the village of Panfilovka, as a result of a conflict, one of the men had sustained a gunshot wound and died.
The body of the deceased, born in 1993, was found in the yard of a house and in the cabin of a KIA K5 car. He had a gunshot wound to the abdomen and injuries to his face.
At the scene, police also found a sawed-off shotgun IZH 16 caliber with a cartridge in the chamber and a spent shell casing of the same caliber.

As a result of operational actions, the suspects were identified: they are former classmates of the deceased — A. N., born in 1993, and O. A., born in 1991.
According to the preliminary version of the investigation, during a joint drinking session between O. Zh. and A. N., a conflict arose, during which A. N. fired a gun belonging to the homeowner — O. A. As a result of this shot, the victim died.
Both suspects were detained, and the court decided to apply a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of two months.
