At the scene of the incident, in a KIA K5 car located in the yard of one of the houses, the body of a 28-year-old man named O.Z. was discovered, who showed no signs of life. Upon examination, it was determined that he had a gunshot wound to the abdomen, as well as bodily injuries to the face.
During the inspection of the crime scene, a single-barrel smoothbore sawed-off shotgun IZH 16 caliber with a cartridge in the chamber and a fired shell of the same caliber was found in the hayloft.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation established that the victim O.Z. and the suspects, citizens A.N. and O.A., are acquaintances. During a joint drinking session, a conflict arose between O.Z. and A.N., during which A.N. shot from the gun belonging to O.A. The victim died from the resulting injury.
O.A. (born in 1991) and A.N. (born in 1993) were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months.
