According to law enforcement agencies, a report was received at the district hospital stating that the man was injured during a fight and, unfortunately, passed away.
A forensic investigative team was dispatched to the scene. In one of the yards, in the cabin of a KIA K5 car, the body of a man with clear signs of death was found. It was established that the deceased was a citizen O.Z., born in 1993. Upon examination of the body, a gunshot wound to the abdomen and signs of beating on the face were discovered.
During the investigation of the crime scene, law enforcement officers found a sawed-off shotgun of the IZH brand, 16 caliber, with a cartridge in the chamber, as well as a spent shell casing.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation revealed that the deceased and the suspects, A.N. and O.A., were classmates. During a joint consumption of alcoholic beverages, a conflict arose between O.Z. and A.N., during which A.N. fired the gun belonging to the homeowner, O.A. The man died from the resulting injury.
The suspects, citizens A.N. born in 1993 and O.A. born in 1991, were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court decided to keep them in custody for two months.
