The incident occurred on February 8, when at 03:56, the Panfilov District Internal Affairs Department received information from a local hospital about a fight between men, during which one of the participants sustained a gunshot wound and died.
At the scene, the investigative operational group discovered the body of O.Z., born in 1993, in the trunk of a "KIA K5" parked in the yard of a house. The deceased had signs of beating, and the bullet had struck the abdominal area.
During a search of the hayloft, a sawed-off shotgun of the IZH brand, caliber 16, was found, with cartridges in the chamber and a fired shell casing of the same caliber.
The fact was registered under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, resulting in the detention of A.N., born in 1993, and O.A., born in 1991. They have been placed in custody.
The investigation established that the deceased and the detainees were classmates. That evening, they gathered for a feast, during which a quarrel arose between O.Z. and A.N., escalating into a fight, during which A.N. shot his classmate using a shotgun belonging to the homeowner O.A.
