According to the information from the regional police department, the tragedy occurred on February 8 at 3:56 AM, when the district hospital reported that in the village of Panfilovka, during a fight, one of the men sustained a gunshot wound and later died. An investigative operational group was immediately sent to the scene of the incident.
The body of 30-year-old O.Zh. was found in a KIA K5 car in the yard of one of the houses. During the inspection, it was established that the body had gunshot wounds to the abdomen and facial injuries. In the barn of the house, investigators also found a sawed-off shotgun IZH of 16 caliber with a cartridge in the chamber and a spent shell casing.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation revealed that the victim, as well as the suspects A.N. and O.A., were classmates. The conflict between O.Zh. and A.N. arose during the joint consumption of alcohol, resulting in A.N. firing the shotgun, which belonged to the homeowner O.A., leading to the tragedy.
The suspects, 30-year-old A.N. and 32-year-old O.A., were detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for two months.
