According to previous information, the employees of the Main Internal Affairs Department uncovered a criminal group that was engaged in the production of fake certificates of training from private driving schools. The directors of these schools, B.T. and M.A., illegally received amounts ranging from 40,000 to 120,000 soms through intermediary I.T. for fictitious training. The group registered citizens on the government portal and issued counterfeit documents without conducting actual training. As a result, 244 students were enrolled through one of the intermediaries, bringing the criminals 2,760,850 soms.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 379 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and three citizens, who are the organizers of the criminal activity, have been detained.
As a result of investigative activities, it was established that this group, led by the previously detained I.T., was also engaged in the illegal registration of vehicles that had arrived from neighboring countries based on forged documents. Employees of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Drivers (GЦ РТСВС) assisted them in this activity, ensuring the fictitious entry of data into the registers and accounting for vehicles using counterfeit certificates and documents.
Additional operational and investigative actions revealed the involvement of some employees of the Bishkek City Department of GЦ РТСВС in these illegal actions. In particular, the chief specialist S.D. and specialists K.U. and U.A., born in 1997, were involved in the illegal registration of vehicles.
All detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the court chose a preventive measure for them in the form of one month of imprisonment.
The investigation is ongoing, and necessary investigative and operational measures are being conducted to clarify all circumstances of the criminal activity and hold those responsible accountable.
