
Three employees of the State Center for Vehicle Registration have been detained in Bishkek, according to information from the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region.
During the investigation, a criminal group was identified that was involved in forging certificates of completion for driving school courses. The directors of private driving schools, known as B.T. and M.A., illegally received amounts ranging from 40,000 to 120,000 soms through intermediary I.T. for fictitious training. They registered citizens on the official portal and issued fake documents without conducting actual courses. As a result of one intermediary's activities, 244 students were registered, and the total amount of illegally obtained funds amounted to 2,760,850 soms.
A criminal case has been initiated in accordance with Article 379 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Three organizers of the criminal group have been detained.
It has been established that the group, led by the previously detained I.T., was engaged in the illegal registration of vehicles arriving from neighboring countries based on forged documents. These actions were carried out with the active assistance of employees of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and the driving staff, who ensured the fictitious entry of information into databases and the registration of vehicles using fake certificates and registration documents.
It was also established that employees of the Bishkek City Department of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and the driving staff were involved in these criminal activities. In particular, the chief specialist S.D. and specialists K.U. and U.A., born in 1997, were implicated in the illegal registration of vehicles.
All individuals involved in the case have been detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for a period of one month.
