10 hectares of land in Jalal-Abad transferred to state ownership

According to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, prosecutors in the Jalal-Abad region discovered that a 10-hectare plot of land, belonging to the state land fund, was illegally transferred into private hands. In 1999, in violation of land legislation, officials from the Suzak district state administration issued an order to transfer this plot to the meat and dairy farming enterprise "A.", after which a state act was issued confirming the right to the land.

As reported by the prosecutor's office, due to the measures taken, the violations of the law were rectified, and the plot, valued at 17 million 831 thousand 942 soms, was returned to state ownership.
