During the investigation, it was revealed that in 1999, employees of the Suzak District State Administration violated land legislation by issuing an illegal order to transfer a plot to the farming enterprise "A". Based on this order, the enterprise received a state certificate for the right of private ownership, which was done in clear violation of the law.
As a result of the prosecutor's inspection, the identified violations were rectified, and the land area of 10 hectares, with a market value of 17 million 831.9 thousand soms, was returned to state ownership.
