On the Bypass Road, located near Bishkek, the body of a woman with signs of violent death was discovered. According to information provided by the Main Internal Affairs Department (GUVD), the suspect, who became the subject of the investigation, attempted to take his own life after being detained.
As reported by law enforcement agencies, a signal about the found body was received on February 4 at 23:04. The investigative-operational group of the First May District Internal Affairs Department promptly arrived at the scene, where they confirmed the information about the woman's death.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigative actions, the identity of the victim was established — she was 19-year-old S.B., born in 2006.
Police officers quickly tracked down the suspect — 19-year-old N.A., born in 2004. As they approached his home, he attempted to harm himself by inflicting several stab wounds. An ambulance crew was called to the scene, and the police provided first aid.
At this time, citizen N.A. is under guard in a medical facility.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed for further investigation.
