A body of a young woman was discovered in the vicinity of Bishkek. According to the Bishkek Main Internal Affairs Directorate, the suspect in this crime attempted to commit suicide.
It became known that on February 4, 2026, at 23:04, a report was received at the "102" duty station about the body of a woman found near the bypass road on the outskirts of the capital.
The investigative-operational group of the First May District Internal Affairs Department immediately went to the scene. Upon arrival, they confirmed the information about the death of the woman, who showed signs of violent death.
A criminal case for murder was initiated under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The identity of the deceased has been established — she is a citizen S.B., born in 2006.
The police quickly tracked down the suspect — citizen N.A., born in 2004.
When the police arrived at his home, he attempted to commit suicide by inflicting several stab wounds on himself. Immediate first aid was provided, after which an ambulance team was called.
At present, citizen N.A. is under guard in a medical facility.
The necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and the pre-trial investigation is ongoing in accordance with the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
