According to Turmush, on February 3, 2026, the court reviewed the case of E.A.T., who is charged under Article 345, Part 2, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code, concerning bribery for the commission of knowingly illegal actions.
As a result of the court proceedings, it was decided that E.A.T. would be held in custody until February 20, 2026.
The press service of the GKNB reported on February 22, 2026, that as a result of the forgery of resolutions of the rural council, 43 citizens were illegally allocated land plots with a total area of 10 hectares and 75 ares in the territory of the rural district of Kara-Buur in the Aitmatov district of the Talas region.
According to operational information, a total of 56 land plots were illegally allocated in a similar manner.
An expert from the Aitmatov branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, E.A.T., offered a bribe in the form of cash in an attempt to stop the inspection and avoid responsibility.
On January 20, 2026, E.A.T. was detained while handing over a bribe of 100,000 soms to an employee of the GKNB as part of the initiated criminal case.
