As a result of operational activities conducted by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) to identify corruption schemes in local self-government bodies, it was established that 43 citizens were illegally allocated land plots with a total area of 10 hectares and 75 ares. These plots are located in the territory of the Kara-Buurinsky ayil okmotu in the Aitmatov district of the Talas region due to forged resolutions of the ayil okmotu.

According to information obtained during the investigation, a total of 56 land plots were illegally provided in a similar manner.
A specialist from the Aitmatov branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography named E.A.T. attempted to offer a bribe to halt the investigation against himself and avoid responsibility for his actions.

On January 20, E.A.T. was detained by GKNB officers while handing over 100,000 soms as part of a criminal case.

At the moment, the suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative activities are ongoing to determine his involvement in the crime, as well as to identify possible accomplices.
