In the Jalal-Abad region, an incident was recorded in which a minor girl was subjected to violence and was shaved. This information was received from the regional department of internal affairs.
According to law enforcement agencies, a parent of the victim called the duty station. He reported that his daughter, born in 2009 and named R.M., became a victim of an attack by three men - Azat, Jumagul, and Tazagul - on the night of January 8 to 9.
The girl was urgently hospitalized in the Uzgen district hospital. In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Torture" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, two suspects were detained: T.N., born in 1988 from the Bazar-Korgon district, and N.A., born in 2006 from the Suzak district. Both are in custody.
