According to law enforcement agencies, a citizen identified as M.K., born in 1988, reported to the police that his daughter, born in 2009, became a victim of an attack on the night of January 8 to 9, 2026. He stated that a group of people inflicted bodily harm on her for no apparent reason and also shaved her hair and eyebrows.
As a result of the attack, the girl was hospitalized with injuries.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 138 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious harm to health.
During the investigation, two suspects were detained, residents of the Bazar-Korgon and Suzak districts. The court has imposed a preventive measure in the form of detention for one month.
One of the detainees is an individual who previously had legal issues. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
