According to reports, a resident of the Osh region, M.K., born in 1988, contacted the investigative service of the police with a statement about the incident that occurred.
He stated that on the night of January 8 to 9, 2026, from 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM, his daughter R.M., born in 2009, became a victim of assault by three young men named T., Z., and A. The girl was injured, having her eyebrows and part of her hair shaved off. The applicant urged the authorities to take necessary measures.
As a result of the injuries sustained, R.M. was hospitalized in the Uzgen District Hospital.
This case was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes of the Internal Affairs Department of the Jalal-Abad region under Article 138 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning torture, and a criminal case was initiated.
During operational activities, the suspects were detained: T.N., born in 1988, a resident of the Bazar-Korgon district, and N.A., born in 2006, a resident of the Suzak district.
According to the decision of the Manas City Court, they are under arrest for a period of one month.
It was also reported that T.N. has a criminal record for hooliganism and fraud, as stated in the official announcement.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
