According to law enforcement agencies, on the night of January 8 to 9, from 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM, a group of people attacked a girl born in 2009 without any apparent reason and subjected her to humiliating actions, including shaving her eyebrows and hair.
The victim was taken to the Uzgen District Hospital with injuries sustained from the attack.
The incident has been recorded in the Unified Register of Crimes under Article 138 "Beatings, Torture" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the operational investigation, two suspects were detained, residents of the Bazar-Korgon and Suzak districts, born in 1988 and 2006. The Manas City Court has decided to arrest them for one month.
The Internal Affairs Department also noted that one of the detainees had a previous conviction for hooliganism and fraud.
Investigative activities are ongoing.
