The incident occurred on January 17, when around 9:00 PM, two unfamiliar men forcibly placed I.T. into a Hyundai Grandeur car near the "Atake" store and then transported her to various locations.
The victim's mother became aware that the kidnappers, in addition to transporting her daughter against her will, inflicted bodily harm, caused cuts with a sharp object, strangled her, and attempted to take her life. Later, the minor was left near the "Zhannat" hotel in the Chui village.
Operational measures taken by the police allowed for the identification and detention of the suspects — A.E., born in 1993, and A.A., born in 1994. Both have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, necessary forensic legal examinations are being conducted, and the investigation is ongoing.
