The detention occurred on January 21, 2026, when he was caught red-handed receiving another sum of money.
Necessary investigative actions have been conducted regarding the extortion case. In accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility (IVS) of the SCNS.
The SCNS reports that the investigation is ongoing, and operational measures are aimed at identifying possible accomplices and additional facts of illegal activities.
