Driver with fake license plates fined 35,000 soms in Osh

In the Osh region, a driver was held accountable for serious violations of traffic rules for using counterfeit state license plates on his vehicle. This was reported by the traffic safety department of the Osh region's internal affairs office.

The incident occurred on January 15, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, on Osh-3000 street in the rural district of the Aravan region.

During a patrol, officers from the district traffic safety department stopped the vehicle driven by a driver who was exhibiting aggressive and unsafe behavior on the road. Upon inspection, it was found that the car had counterfeit plates installed.

As a result of the incident, two administrative protocols were drawn up against the driver, and he was fined 35,000 soms.

Additionally, the vehicle was placed in a towing lot.
