On January 18, the mother of the victim, a resident of Tokmok, contacted the police for help regarding an incident that occurred on January 17 around five o'clock in the evening. According to her, near the "Atake" store, two people, a man and a woman, forcibly shoved her daughter, I.T., born in 2008, into a car.
For several hours, the kidnappers drove the girl to various locations, inflicting physical suffering on her, including wounding her and attempting to suffocate her. Eventually, the girl was left near the "Zhannat" hotel in the village of Chui in the Chui district.
This incident was registered as a crime under Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Kidnapping").
As a result of operational actions, police officers detained the suspects: A.A., born in 1994, and A.E., born in 1993. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
