On January 18, 2026, a report was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Tokmok from a citizen S.A., born in 1986. She reported that on January 17, 2026, around 21:00, near the “Atake” store, her minor daughter, born in 2008, named I.T., was forcibly placed into a white Hyundai Grandeur by unfamiliar men known as E and A. This information was provided by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region.
According to the mother, her daughter was subjected to violence: the perpetrators moved her to various locations, inflicted bodily harm, caused stab wounds with a sharp object, strangled her, and attempted to take her life.
Ultimately, the girl was left near the “Zhannat” hotel, located in the village of Chui in the Chui district. A criminal case was registered regarding this incident, classified under Article 165 (Abduction of a person) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects — A.E., born in 1993, and A.A., born in 1994. Both were arrested and placed in a temporary detention facility.
All necessary forensic examinations have been appointed for the case, and the investigation is ongoing.
