According to information from the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, the incident occurred in Tokmok when a woman named S. A., born in 1986, approached the local police station on January 18, 2023.
She reported that the day before, around 9:00 PM, her minor daughter I. T., born in 2008, was forcibly placed into a white Hyundai Grandeur by two men she barely knew — E. and A.
According to the mother, the kidnappers moved the girl to various locations, inflicting bodily harm on her, including stab and cut wounds, choking her, and even attempting to take her life. Ultimately, the minor was left near the "Zhannat" hotel in the village of Chui, located in the Chui region.
In connection with the incident, the investigative authorities initiated a criminal case under the article on kidnapping.

Shortly thereafter, law enforcement agencies detained two suspects — A. E., born in 1993, and A. A., born in 1994. They are currently in a temporary detention facility, and forensic examinations have been appointed in the case. The investigation is ongoing.
