Deputy Elvira Surabaldiyeva noted that the issue of alimony is extremely relevant, emphasizing the need to reform the existing system, as she often receives inquiries on this topic.
She provided an example where bailiffs did not allow a man, who was diligently paying alimony, to travel, despite having all his contact information. "The question arises, how should one act in such situations? They did not notify him. Will there be accountability for bailiffs in such cases?" the deputy asked.
Konkubaeva assured that the issue of holding bailiffs accountable will be considered. She also added that five criminal cases were initiated in 2024, and four in the current year. The Deputy Attorney General noted that low salaries may contribute to corruption.
According to her, work is currently underway to fully digitize the system in order to combat manifestations of corruption.
