Mass protests in Iran. The number of dead has increased to 200 — Time

According to information published in Time magazine, the number of fatalities during the protests in Iran has risen to 200. This data was provided by sources from the publication.
It is reported that more than 200 bodies have been found in medical facilities in Tehran, most of which died from gunshot wounds.

However, other sources provide different information. According to the human rights organization Human Rights Activists News Agency, at least 65 people have died during the protests in Iran over the past 13 days, including 50 protesters and 14 security personnel.
Time notes that it cannot confirm the accuracy of the figures provided, but indicates that HRANA only counts those whose names have been established.

It is worth noting that there has been no internet in Iran for more than 60 hours. Mass protests, triggered by economic instability and the decline of the national currency, have been ongoing since the end of December 2025.
