Today, February 17, at 14:00, the Central Election Commission will consider Eldar Sulaymanov's application for resignation of his mandate. The reasons why the deputy decided to give up his mandate have not yet been disclosed.
It should be reminded that a month ago, Asel Azamatova, the former wife of the deputy, reported that she had been subjected to violence by Sulaymanov. In response to her statement, the Ministry of Internal Affairs issued a protection order for Azamatova.
