During the discussion, Deputy Baktyyar Kalpaev raised the issue of the need to complete repair work in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region, especially in the settlements of Shybran, Sovet, and Ak-Turpak. Deputy Temirlan Aitieev inquired about the progress of the construction of the Northern Bypass Road around Bishkek and called for the completion of the asphalting of roads leading to the villages of Dostuk, Sydykov, and Chokmorov in the Chui region.
Erkinbek Isenaliev pointed out the frequent traffic accidents in Kemine and asked about the ministry's plans regarding the bypass road. Bakhridin Shabazov emphasized the necessity of constructing a bridge in the village of Sary-Jon on the Bishkek-Issyk-Ata highway, while Bakyt Chomoev highlighted the importance of creating an underground pedestrian crossing on the Bishkek-Kara-Balta road, as a school is located nearby and there are often incidents involving students. In response, the speaker reported that plans for the current year include the construction of an underground crossing at the 28 km mark of this road section, with funding of 10 million soms allocated for it. Deputy Rakhmat Junushbaeva also inquired about the status of the reconstruction of the Jetii-Oguz-Koysary road.
At the end of the discussion, the committee issued a number of recommendations to the relevant ministry.
